I feel way better now

I consider myself a pleasant person. I have always had an easy time getting along with other people, or at least I thought. A few weeks ago, I had an issue with our heating plus cooling, so I reached out to our local HVAC supplier plus tied up a repair appointment. The person I spoke to on the cellphone told myself and others that I should expect the heating plus cooling serviceman to arrive between 9 plus 11 in the afternoon. However, no one showed up at our house until about 2 in the day. Luckily, I didn’t have anything going on that afternoon, so I was able to make myself available for the change in time. When the heating plus cooling serviceman arrived, he was unapologetic about his tardiness plus struck myself and others as quite rude. The more I interacted with him, the less comfortable I felt. When the heating plus cooling serviceman took a look at our filters, he practically scoffed in our face plus told myself and others that I had no supplier maintaining such overpriced equipment. He was unpleasant, noisy, plus disrespectful to myself and others plus our property. I asked him to explain what the problem was plus how he was fixing it, plus he basically told myself and others to mind our own business. He said that he had his HVAC certification plus knew what he was doing, plus he told myself and others to go away. I was astounded by how rude he was to me, plus I genuinely began to question if I had done something wrong. After the HVAC serviceman left, I went online to contact client repair plus noticed that there was a arena to share client experiences. It turns out that I am not the only one who had an unpleasant experience with this particular serviceman. I called the HVAC supplier plus aired our grievances. Hopefully something will be done.
