I’ve been experiencing some minor troubles with my AC for the past week, at first, I thought it was just the sizzling and humid un-even temperatures.
When the thermostat was off 3 days in a row, I knew there must be a complication with the AC. I read some online blogs and research concernshooting advice. Most of the advice was telling myself and others to concernshoot the thermostat. The online blogs recommended trying to change the batteries and making sure that all of the connections were tight. When none of those solutions lead to an answer, I tried researching the AC unit itself. I looked for reasons why the AC might not cool very well. Some locations recommended a weak flow of air, so I cleaned all of the air vents and changed the filter. Still, I did not see any results. After 5 days of trying to repair the problem, I was at the end of my rope. I was exasperated, irritated, and ready to hit the equipment with a baseball bat. It’s no wonder proper people don’t try to repair their own Heating and Air Conditioning systems. I finally gave up and decided to call a professional. It only took an hour for the AC specialist to find the problem. It was a wiring issue and entirely something I never would have found on my own. Even if I found the issue, I’m not sure I would have tried to repair the electrical complication on my own. Next time the AC gives myself and others concerns, I’m going to do the right thing and call a professional instantly.
