My mom fell & broke her leg a couple of weeks ago & now she is in the hospital for more than 2 or 3 weeks.
Her doctor recommended that she does not live alone anymore, so our spouse & I decided to transport our mom to stay our home with us. All of us had to make some pretty big adjustments before our mom could come to the house, because she was going to be using a wheelchair and a walker for more than 2 weeks. My spouse & I find the name of a general corporation that specializes in the ADA updates. My spouse & I called the general corporation & he came to our apartment to look at the area, he told us that both of us needed to change the width of all of our home doorways & the front entrance, & both of us needed to add a ramp to the outdoor area. He also recommended that both of us change a few things in the kitchen. My spouse & I were hoping to hire him to make all of the ADA updates, even though he told us that both of us needed to call other corporations, however luckily, he gave us the name of more than 2 local corporations that could help us make the adjustments. My spouse & I had all of the renovations completed before our mom was all done in the hospital. My mom legitimately ran tests on when both of us suggested that she moved with us, but she seems legitimately cheerful with her current accommodations in our home. The corporation added custom shelves for all of our Mom’s stuff, & the guy built a bird feeder next to the window by her room. The grandkids also really enjoy about seeing Mom every afternoon & I assume it legitimately helps the healing process to laugh a lot. I’m glad she is here with us.
